well, rather than just saying hello in class, we can also plan a bhuz (and others) dinner/chatting in hotelroom with red wine/before hafla aperitive/after class coffee? or something?

i dont know when i'm arriving/leaving exactly, i'm in the hands of beatrice who has the car keys and driving ability i both lack (and i'm soo happy she's decided to go and drive us allll the way up there, thank you bea)

We could maybe plan to sit in one corner of the hafla? As it gets a bit mad with leaving your last class, rushing back to the hotel and then rushing out to catch the start of the hafla. Lunch maybe (I think the lunch-break is scheduled for the same time for everyone) - though I don't have my timetable to hand.

I'm going to be there too! Double dose of Asmahan and some Candi...and Fereshteh...and someone else, but forgotten who (smacks head). I'm short...with brown hair - that'll make me easy to identify

Oooh, no, weren't me...may have been Kara, another Lancaster dancer! I've always driven (boo...hisssss...carbon footprint expands by 3 zillion percent) to Saltaire. Anyway - you'll get to meet me for real in a few weeks time!

me too going to Ashmahan on Saturday have 1/2 hour before I teach fabbbb, I did her door a couple of years ago at Ahlan she is one serious entertainer delicous complete with the funkiest teaching outfit ever , I think she makes them also, see you there Tracey lovexx

I can't wait - only a week to go and then dancing, dancing, dancing.

I'm travelling in a group by train (should arrive stress free?) with Khaled his wonderful wife Sheila, Asmahan (could I be any luckier!!?) and a few of my dancing buddies. More of us are arriving in various cars so most of my dance class will be there and I cannot wait! A pretty full week-end with lord knows how many workshops booked and a shopping list which is getting bigger and bigger each passing day (stuff I NEED and MUST have you understand!!). Have booked a couple of days off work after because I just know my feet will hurt sooooo bad as will my sides from so much laughing (but obvioulsy not during the workshops). My lot will be seen in the disco on Saturday evening so if you pop in and see a group behaving probably not so well - that'll be us!!!

Another costume wasn't on my shopping list ............... but I say that everytime at JoY until I see your costumes and you always have THE ONE I just have to have and then all my resolutions go straight out of the window............. oh for the willpower to resist, a suitcase with absolutely no spare room and friends that don't lend me the money until I find a cashpoint!!!!
