April 30, 2010! Egyptian Nights 2010 "Once Upon a Time in Arabia" features vivid choreography, sumptuous costuming, and remarkable performers. This year's program provides the Knoxville community with a glimpse into the rich, mystifying culture of the Middle East offering a unique perspective on the world of international dance. The exciting concert-length program is comprised of a refreshing blend of dances from Egypt, Lebanon, Spain and Turkey. In addition to Mohamed Shahin of Egypt the show features Alexia and her beautiful Alexandria Dancers, and other professional performers from across the south and northeast.
