I won't be there this year, I've been out for 2 months with a back injury and I'm just not strong enough for Randa yet. Boo! Let us have the full report, won't you? :)

I'm a bit suprised and disappointed that there aren't more of us going? I mean RANDA and also for the first time in the UK (or even Europe?) NAGWA FOUAD!

I guess either its still 'too far' for the people from the north and south equally or everyone is going to Raqs Britannia instead (weary sigh)

Oh well more Randa for me!!!

If money were no object, I'd be there like a shot, but I'm just too poor to pay the full weekend price, plus the extra cost of Nagua workshops (which to be honest would be my main reason for going), plus the hotel, plus the travel expenses.

And I'm not going to Raqs B either.

Until I've got a bit more disposable income, I'm having to save my dance money for things that are more local-ish (mostly London).

PS, Nagua's done Berlin (I think) before now, because I've got video footage of her performing in Germany. Though I don't know whether she taught back then or just performed.

It was a long time ago, long long long before you started dancing! I can't remember the date on the video, I *think* it was 1991, but I could be mistaken. If you ever come to stay at my flat, I'll drag out the video for you!
