Thread: Lena Helt, Aziza etc. in Orlando - who's going?

I just saw Lena Helt in NY a few weeks ago, and she's fantastic! I'm really excited to study with her. Anyone else going to the Orlando intensive?

I will be there. Just doing Sat and Sunday intensive taking Lena shaabi and baladi classes and Azizas improv class. Skipping floorwork class to save my poor old lady knees.

Do we need a Bhuzathon or meet for Bhuzzards Breakfast?

Wishing I could be there this year, but duty calls elsewhere.

I KNOW everyone will have a fabulous time as we always do! I'll miss seeing everyone! I SO loved it when Helena did her coin trick a few years ago and when Orit was here. Andrea always does a fantastic job on the weekend, workshops & shows!

i'll have to miss the actual birthday celebration saturday night (we have a hafla then) but i'll be there for all the intensive workshops and the friday night show :)

I sooooooo need this weekend with baladi and shaabi. The last three weeks at work have been mega stressful and I have been so thankful for the weekend dance events during July and August. Lots of miles on my car though. See you all soon.

I'm really looking forward to it, also. I just wish I felt like a better dancer right now. I'm still recovering from giving birth and all that resting up afterwards, and I feel very off in my core. I was just practicing my improv for this weekend and I feel pretty down about it. But very up about the workshop, so it's OK! See you all there!
