Thread: Karim Nagi joins the 2008 Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive!!

I'm extremely excited to announce that KARIM NAGI will be returning to Las Vegas for the 2008 Bellydance Intensive!! He will be teaching 2 workshops on Saturday (topics to be announced later) and performing in the Saturday night show "Viva RAKS Vegas"!!!

So this year's line up now include's Ava Fleming, Kami Liddle, and Karim Nagi!!! Whoo hoo!!

So I need to sign up for the payment plan....but how do I note which classes I want to take, since they're not up yet? ;)

and maybe in couple of years not a mini but a even bigger...

After we get the schedule finalized...those who have signed up early will get the first opportunity to choose their classes via the website. Last year we sent out registration codes to the early-bird registrants which allowed them to choose their workshops. Does that answer your question? ..g.:

I already signed up for the payment plan. :)

I'm going to book a room too, but not quite yet.

We'll have room packages too. So no worries. I am still working on upgrading the site so we can have a real shopping cart.

**anyone out there in techie land that can suggest a good and fairly inexpensive (or even free) shopping cart that we can integrate would be appreciated**

And we'll have a transportation package to get folks from the hotel to the theater on Friday night (probably by limo or some fancy mode of transport if possible).

I haven't made any firm decisions (haha...did I say "firm" ROFLMAO)....Do you have any requests? I'll probably make a decision based on what some of the other teachers come up with as topics. Speaking of which...I need to get on that stuff. *sigh*...so much to do!!

Yes, you do need to call me back!! LOL. I didn't plan on renting space for private lessons...but it is something I'm considering at future events. HOWEVER, if you can sweet-talk him into teaching in my SUITE...then I'm sure we can arrange something.

On a more serious note, I am really glad that he'd going to be teaching at the intensive. this will give so many local and visiting dancers a chance to study with him...he is SO great!!! And I'm not just biased because he's cute! He really is such a great teacher.

I'm really stoked about the intensive this year Samira. Ava Fleming! WOO HOO! If you need any extra help with ANYTHING, please let me know. I want to be involved in ALL ways possible. :)

And maybe we'll talk about the "group" lesson with Karim. ;) lol .w.:

Actually, he had heard about the thread long before I told him. When I told him what we wanted to do he said, "Yeah..I heard something about a 'smooching' thread." :Aembarassed:
