Thread: Park City, Utah?

Hi Ladies!

Heading to Park City, Utah for a conference and looking for local happenings the 2nd week in July?

She always knows what's going on in the area (if not organizing herself). The only think I know of this summer though is a Jim Boz thing in June.

I don't know of anybody in Park City doing anything, but if you venture into SLC, Thia is a good place to start, she also used to carry quite a few costumes, she may have some great shopping.

I can recommend a lot of different teachers, depending on what you are looking for.

And depending on what you are looking for, Midnight Mirage, Amanda Borba, Tamar (Giza School), Sulrij, Shahravar, Zahirah, Kashmir and others, all have something great to offer. There is a lot of great dancing happening in Utah, I hope you have a chance to enjoy some.

Or if you don't get a chance to meet any dancers, I think you can still have a wonderful time. Enjoy main street. Get up into the mountains, maybe try an alpine slide. The natural beauty is incredible.

This thread has become somewhat old but I just thought I'd add, Hathor doesn't appear to be offering classes any longer...
But if anyone is in the Salt Lake area, there are tons of bellydance events, including Springfest (by Thia), Meeting of the Tribes, and lots of haflas and other shows!
