Thread: New York Belly Dance Fun! Nov 6-12

I'm going to be visiting New York City from Nov 6-12. Planning to stay with family and friends and I'm wondering if there is any fun Belly Dance events going on that week? Or any recommendations of dancers to drop-in on.

Hi Rebecca,

I'll be teaching and performing at Columbia University on the 12 and 13 (if there's any chance you'll be around for another day). The workshop is closed to Columbia students, but you could attend the performance on the 13th... :) It'll be me and a bunch of other performers...

Bummer, I will be leaving Saturday night. I would have loved to have attended the show.

theres a charity BD show in new rochelle on the 6th during the day. i think u can take a subway up there but dont quote me on it. i may be going.

and theres usually dancing at jebon in st marks on wends night. u can find out whos dancing on bellyqueens website
