Fundraiser ~ A portion of the proceeds, including those from the Snack Attack refreshments, will be donated to Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence.
$5 admission to enjoy hours of prime belly dance and retail therapy.

Festival Dancing 1:00-5:00 pm

Want to dance? On or after Monday, October 3rd, send email to info@sfbamecda.org with “Festival Dancing” in the Subject line. Any requests received before October 3rd will be discarded. Dance spots will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

Shop ‘Til Ya Drop! We have many marvelous sellers whose tables will be overflowing with gorgeous, gently used belly dance related items for you to see and purchase at bargain prices.

Featured Dancers 5:30-7:30 pm We have a fabulous line up of soloists and troupes, (listed below in alphabetical order), who will perform in the Featured Dancers segment of our program.

Volunteers needed!! Get free admission for volunteering!! See below for opportunities and if interested, send email to info (at) sfbamecda.org with "Volunteer" in the Subject. We especially need able-bodied volunteers 9:00am - 10:00 am and 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm for setting up and breaking down tables, chairs.

SHIFTS (note that for some positions, times for shifts may be somewhat different, see below):
• 9:00am to 10:00am - Area set up crew only
• 10am to 12pm
• 12pm to 2pm
• 2pm to 4pm
• 4pm to 6pm
• 6pm to 8pm
• 8pm to 9:00pm - Clean up and Area break down only

POSITIONS:
Front Desk ending 7:00 pm (sign up for 2 hour shifts within the time ranges shown below)
• Admission desk assistant - (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
• Dancer Check In - (3:00 pm – 6:00 pm)
• Dancer Check in assistant/sound runner - (12:00 noon – 6:00 pm)

Theater Volunteers all day 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (sign up for 2 hour shifts within the time ranges shown below)
• Area Set Up Crew - set up tables, chairs (9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – counts as a 2-hour shift)
• Sound Booth Runners - (1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
• Dressing Room Assistant/Runner - (12:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
• Door monitor - (11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
• Clean Up and Area Break Down Crew - Break down tables, stack chairs, clean up(8:00 p.m. - 9:00p.m. – counts as a 2-hour shift)
