Thread: Who's Going to Morocco's Weeklong in NY?

I'll be there. It's January 5-11. I've only done a half day workshop with her before and it kicked my butt. I wonder how i'll hold up to this week of dance?

Hi,

I will be there both as a guest teacher and then right along side you getting my butt kicked along with everyone else in some of the other workshops! You will have suuuch a great time! Morocco is a truly inspirational teacher who not only provides you with great dance material but follows it up with cultural insights that you don't often get at other workshops. Trust me - you will love every moment! I made lots of new friends when I was there back in the summer and I am looking forward to making some more when I meet you all in January.

I'll be there too!! This will be my first major dancing after mono, so it'll be a double-butt-kicking. I took a 4 hour workshop with her and that was crazy enough! :)

Oh you lucky girls a whole week, I did 14 hours worth with Morocco at Wamed and loved every minute.
