Save the date!

Details are still being finalized, but we have the studio and we have the master instructor! Saturday afternoon will be sometime between 1 and 5, Sunday the same (but probably a bit shorter). Based on the rave reviews I received after sponsoring her last year, you wont want to miss this.

I'm thinking of asking her to focus on 10/8 on Saturday, perhaps a general overview and then focusing on Reda style, or a general 10/8 muwashahat intensive. Sunday...beledi clinic? Modern oriental choreography?

If you have topic input, I would love to hear it (especially NoCal folks who think they might come, but anyone else, too!). Lat year I asked her teach Golden Age Egyptian and a technique/breathwork class. It was groovy. :)

OMG, how I envy you Monica! I have always wanted to take a workshop with her! I have a couple of her DVDs and she is fabulous! But I have other commitments on those days and I'm too far away to drive up at the last minute.

Bummer! She is an excellent instructor!!

I can recommend her for a 10/8 plus Reda workshop, the one she taught here was fantastic and people were raving about it, even the sort of people I thought would not enjoy!

ETA I can recommend her for the other things too, no mistake! But that was a particularly great and physical workshop. Ranya is really good at teaching Reda style combinations.

Oh, darn, I am sorry you can't be there! I do think it promises to be a very full and satisfying weekend!

Wish I could be there! I was lucky enough to take classes from her in Phoenix. She is totally awesome!

We still have room in both classes! Bay Area folks, please consider coming if you are around. We have some unique topics lined up that will nourish your inner artist while offering practical skills for professional dance development.

Lucky you! She really is a very good teacher. I'm particularly excited about the topics we have this year in San Francisco.
