    Wiggles of the West Contest Canceled for 2008

    From a posting I was sent & it's on their website. Sad news for 2008 but looking forward to 2009!

    CANCELED FOR 2008 ..cr.:

    It is with sadness and a heavy heart that I have to announce that The 13th Annual Wiggles of the West Belly Dance Contest has been canceled for this year.

    We lost our space at Boomtown and none of the others are able to help us out. The ones we could fit into were booked for that time and others were too overly priced or the terms weren't appropriate for our event. Some just weren't big enough and we really don't want to downsize the event.

    We will be back in 2009, please check the website, tribe and the yahoo groups periodically for more information.
