Thread: Hi, I'm Kristi(ana) from FL

Greetings fellow dancers!

I am new to BHUZ, but not new to belly dance. I have been dancing for about 5 years now and still I sometimes feel like a beginner (you know how it is).

The name Kristiana was already being used, so I just shortened it to Kristi, which is fine with me. I am looking forward to all of the info & resources here as well as being part of this online belly dance community.

Hey, welcome! I see you're from Tampa. I'm from CT, but my boyfriend just moved down to Cocoa Beach temporarily and I'm often in that area visiting. Maybe I'll run into you at a workshop or something someday!

Aw, you all are so sweet! For you Floridians or frequent visitors, I actually live in Lakeland, which is between Tampa and Orlando. We have a really great magazine publication now all about the bellydance scene in FL called "Yallah" in case you want to check it out!

LiesaB: My hubby & I go to South Beach often as well. We have a timeshare on Ocean Drive, so that's a great incentive to visit!
