    Greetings from North Carolina

    Hey everybody. I've been scoping out the forum for a couple of months now, just now getting around to making my introduction. I've been taking belly dancing from our local instructor since October. So I'm approaching 6 months and I'm in beginner 2. I am learning Egyptian style, Oriental dance...and I really like it. However, tribal also intrigues me. There's a tribal class taught in a nearby town that I may try to tackle over the summer.
    Anyway, I look forward to chatting with everybody and gaining lots of tips & suggestions!

    Girl, as a Tarheel, I love me some NC bellydancers!!! Welcome!!! I taught and performed in NC for many years, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Oh and I miss sweat tea, they don't have that here in Oregon :p
