Thread: Hello from British Columbia Canada:)

Hello all!

I have just started learning to dance, barely a year ago. I found lessons at a local centre that were priced as a summer introductory special last year, and it was just too good to pass up. I have continued on since, even though my first day was rather disastrous (hello undiagnosed dyslexia, mixed with no dance history and decades of people telling me that I was too much of a clutz to dance, to the point where I almost foolishly believed them). I had the best time that first night, and have since been eager each week to go back to my lesson. ..g.: Happily, I have improved since my first lesson (couldn't not, ..l;,), and I love to lose myself in the music as I dance (*cough* much to my instructors distress some times ).

I am thrilled to be here on Bhuz!
