Merry Meet Everyone
I have been in some type of dance in different times of my life. Ive loved belly dance for a couple years now. I live in Porter Tx. just north of Houston. I would love to find a troupe that would take me in. Going to class is good, but I would love to find somewhere to belong,learn,dance, and do things. If anyone near me would take me in please let me know. I hope to fit in somewhere.

Hi Chasel, welcome to the site.
Unfortunately my troupe are on the other side of the Atlantic to you!
Have you considered asking your teacher if she would be happy for you and fellow students to dance together? That's how we got started.

Merry Meet and Blessed Be to you Chasel! I agree with Valerie - most troupes get started around a school or teacher. Maybe she could be persuaded to sponsor a recital?
