Thread: This year time for changes

Hi Everyone,

I joined this group a while ago but never "joined in" on any conversations etc. However this year I turn 50 (in October) and so this year I don't want to waste another minute on "I am too fat/flabby/short/old... excuses for not dancing! I really hope to use this wonderful group to allow myself the freedom to dance and learn to love and be comfortable with my body. I am so glad I am finally coming out of my shell and here is to everyone here a wonderful 2011!
