Thread: Ahlan! My name is Samira Harab!

Hi there everyone! I'm from Oregon. I'm new to Bhuz and to the professional side of belly dance! I am looking forward to meet other dancers from around the world and being part of the professional scene! Right now I am a stay at home mom with a 1 year old baby boy! Dance-wise, I am doing some competiting and exploring the gig scene. I will be going to school in the fall at PSU majoring in Middle Eastern Studies (Arabic also) and Dance. I love to travel and if anyone in Oregon or the surrounding states is having a show please let me know, I would love to come support other dancers as well as dance if you have any openings! Welcome to Bhuz!!! You will love it. My name is Kelebek. I am a Fusion dancer from New Jersey. When I first started out professionally I stuck towards Tribal and I did some competing as well. I perform several different styles now and I love performing way too much. My guy has made himself my 'manager' because he wants to make sure I don't over book myself (which I have) and burn out.

Kelebek, I think that's really cool. when I first started I really got into the American Tribal Style but I must addmit, Egyptian style is working better for me now! (plus I think I was an Egyptian in a past life! lol)

I wish my husband would be my manager but he is so sick off all the "belly dance talk" I think he would go crazy! lol
