Thread: Hello from an old member who is new again!

Hi BHUZers!!

My name is Isis and I first became a Bhuz member in 2007. I spent the majority of time reading rather then posting on threads. It has been at a couple of years now since I have been back and I just thought I'd make a formal introduction since I never did the first time around

I am a little shy when it comes to posting my opinion or thoughts. But I am trying to get over that so I don’t have the "just starting" status forever!! Many members share their thoughts/ideas/concepts so eloquently that it seems redundant for me to even post anything. But as I said...I'm trying to make a worthy chime here and there that might add to this lovely symphony of belly dance voices.

Some fun facts about me: (all my bellydance stats are listed on my profile page so I wont bore you with them here too)

* I love to cook (big Rachael Ray fan)
* I spend a lot of time art journaling
* I have 2 Bichons (Lola and April Moon) and a Betta fish (Azul)
* I tend to blush very easily!
* I call my BF squirrel

I also read more than post at this forum, mainly because I feel like I still have a lot to learn about the dance and there are so many here who are more skilled and knowledgeable than I.

I also blush very easily, and I don't enjoy that.

Nice to meet you, i'm a rachel ray fan too , I was the same way i just posted my greeting the other day, thats my goal as well, not to have it say just starting I feel bad

I know, I dont either!! Grrr, it makes me put my head down so no one can see! Thank goddess it doesnt happen while Im dancing LOL

I had to look up a Betta fish on Google and, wow, these guys are SO a BD pet! A bunch of these would keep a costume designer in ideas for years! LOL
