Thread: Hello all!

Hi Bhuzzers!

I've been lurking and occasionally posting here for quite a while, and posting on OD.net for eons, but never said a proper hello. And as I'm about to ask the hive a question I thought I should do the right thing.

So, hello. . I'm a 40 something obsessed hobbyist, getting in touch with my inner grumpy old woman and getting up the nerve to age disgracefully (belly dance helps SOO much ). I've been learning Egyptian style for, ooh, about 8 years now, doesn't time fly? I've been doing my own solos in our annual student show for a while now, but don't get much chance to perform otherwise although I'm getting more and more comfortable with it. Yeah, getting in touch with my inner diva too.

I love a good belly dance debate and geeking on styles, music etc. none of which I can do IRL without boring people rigid or risking offending them. <sigh> So I <3 that places like Bhuz and you guys exist.
