    Hey! So any bellydancers from my area here? :)

    How's it goin' ? I live in Grand Haven MI. Haven't really met any other belly dance enthusiasts near or in the area yet, so if you exist, let me know! I would love to make a new belly dance friend.

    I'm in Illinois, but I have many friends in the Michigan bellydance communities. You may want to check out the Great Lakes Bellydance Convention which will be held November 16 through 18 this year in Lansing, Michigan. It's a wonderful event filled with great instructors and workshops, and a chance to meet other dancers from your area. Here's their website:

    Welcome! I'm in MN now but originally from 'da U.P., eh?' (where there are exceedingly fewer bellydancers than in Grand Haven!)

    I believe that! Lol! It's pretty there but not much to do for a bellydance enthusiast. Maybe I should think of moving to MN. Your the second bellydancer to reply from there.. Lol!
