Today was one of my best days in a long time.

It was the most spring like day we've had in Toronto yet. So it was like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders not to have to wear a hat and scarf and gloves and several layers of clothing to keep warm. I felt like I couldn't stop smiling, even at strangers!

I wasn't too busy or rushed. I only had one dog to walk in the afternoon (work). Then I had time for a really thorough weight and cardio workout at the gym and it ...

This week I seriously considered adding more classes to my weekly schedule, but when I got really practical and realistic about my schedule, I realized that having classes 5 to 6 nights in a row would probably burn me out right now. I am also going to the gym and doing weight workouts, and cardio machine workouts every other day, so all in all, I'm getting lots of exercise, and investing a lot of my time and energy doing it.
