Broken Big Toe, Nerve pains in left arm

Lately I seem to be injuring myself everytime I turn around.
I dropped a 10 pound weight on my right big toe a week ago. I got it x-rayed yesterday. It's smashed into pieces. I argued against a cast and we compromised with taping the toe to the next one, and going really easy on the dancing - sticking to shimmies with my weight well back on my heels.
I moved house on Jan 14 which was a nightmare for many reasons (pirate movers held my stuff ransom til I came up with the outrageous sum they charged me), but I had to carry my own air-conditioners down four flights of stairs and hurt something in my shoulders/back/neck/arms resulting in unbelievable pain, numbness and tingling radiating down my arms into my fingers. I can't sleep flat on my back - I have to put thick lumpy pillows under the shoulder blades and let my head hang backwards onto the mattress. Otherwise the pains get so bad I have to get up and walk around til the pains fade away. I can't lift weights straight up to the front, or to the side, and it's hard to lift my arms right over my head for fancy spinning turns.
Anyway, my workout and dance schedule has been severely curtailed and I'm feeling extremely frustrated and bored.
Thankfully a lot of belly dancing can be done with the weight back on the heels...
