Attention Belly dance sisters and friends:


it's been 6 months since my experience with this “dance costume thing” and this guy who claims to be a costume designer, Amr Negm. I haven't gotten my money back or the dress!! I think that I can officially say that I have been scammed. I am sure that I will not get the money back and I am almost as sure that I will not see the dress either. back in January I asked Mr. Negm to make me a dress and paid 180 dollars for it and he said he would make the dress I specifically asked for. it never came in the mail. Today, I have no dress and never gotten a refund!!! I will stop at nothing to try and save all belly dancers out there all the stress, headache, and anxiety of dealing with this guy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GUY!!! He will take your money and not give you nothing in return... at least that has been my experience with him.

I spent 180 dollars to get a dress I want made for me and I haven't gotten it. I asked to have this dress made for me around tax return time so between January or February and the months are just passing by and I haven't seen the dress. I have no tracking number. he told me that the dress was in town but that the postal services needed my phone number in order to give it to me. last time I checked that is not how our postal service works. you need a tracking number for all packages receiving.... I had the worse time trying to contact him through face book and getting my dress. Negm failed to answer my E-mails or posts.... I called him out on face book posting a blog the same size as this on his face book page and my own. He deleted my post quicker than sh** and all other posts from other belly dancers.

Belly dance sisters and friends, beware of this man, stay away from him and don't buy his costumes!!!

If you received any costume from Amr Negm that’s pretty darn lucky!!! If you get half of a costume--a skirt or the top, ummm… I’d start raising some cane!
Some of us will NEVER see dress or money EVER….. Please pass this along to belly dance sisters and friends among you. Report him to face book call him out on his dishonesty on face book or where ever possible. He needs to stop scamming our dancers and stop advertising if he can’t deliver!!!
