Im selling my fabulous Mamdouh Salama costume. I have been the only wearer. It is a royal blue with beautiful flowery appliques and chiffon hip scarf. It has a front split and there are built in blue shorts.

there is flexibility in how you could wear it- It has a chiffon tie which can be fastened around the hips in a variety of ways, or even around the neck (which was also how it was demostrated to me)! This was originally a strapless costume and so could still be worn as one. The bottom was trimmed to make the halterneck. So you could keep the halterneck, have it strapless and with or without the chiffon belt tied around the neck.

My friend had trimmed the skirt for me a bit too short so the bottom is not hemmed (hence the lower price!) and its a little longer in the back but I have been able to wear it fine.

Skirt length 32" at shortest part. I'm 5'3" and it is to the tops of my feet.

The costume would fit a short size 8-10 and possibly a 12 (UK)
Waist/hip band 15" across with extra give.
Bra is padded for a 32B. End to end bra and straps is around 27" slack, but there's extra give in elastic back straps. It could fit a smaller chest with padding or larger with padding removed. (The arm cuffs were made separate and not sure where they are)

I also recently found some of the exact same stretch fabric (same colour and everything) used for the hip drape tie. I was contemplating making some drapey arm cuffs with it but i can also throw that fabric in too for free if you want it.

Ooh nice! Seems like it would be a good fit as I am also an 8-10 5'3", bit worried about the bra gaping though as always have a problem!

At most I am a 32 B, have you had any problems with it gaping or does it work well?
Also what would postage costs be? I live in South Wales.

No, no problems with gaping and my rib cage is uber-narrow and I am more of a 30-32" bra size. The bra is well padded and I can jump around in it with no worries.

I have moved the back straps to where they originally were as people could not even fasten it around their backs to try it on but you will be able to see where it had got adjusted to if you need to tighten it.

Yep it does seem it will fit fine! :-)
