Well what I did was go do a short deportment course. Being raised in a Chinese family there were still western etiquette I had no idea about even though I'm 100% educated in Australia ( although I couldn't speak English when I first started school )

But also read a great book "how to win friend and influence people". This teaches good people skills that are used in business and social life. The lessons in that book have been invaluable to me.
