Thread: Studio Insurance, Help!

First my apologies for disappearing from Bhuz for so long, my personal life has been a roller coaster!

But to get to the point, I need help with our studio insurance and fast! Our studio landlord requires that we have general liability insurance for our space, and we teach classes there so we need it anyway. When we first got insurance it was through myfitnessinsurance.com which clearly spelled out that general liability and individual instructors were covered. We've gone with this company ever since. Due to some changes in instructors and a need to renew for the year we called the insurance company and found out our policy doesn't cover general liability (apparently it changed and we never knew??) and if we wanted it through them it would be another $1500! ..c:: Apparently for the last two years we have only had insurance for the main person on the policy when we thought everything was covered.

So now we have to find general liability insurance ASAP! Any suggestions?

When I started up my studio I looked through catalogs like Dance magazine and Yoga journal. Generally, they'll have insurance companies advertising in the resources section. When I settled on one, it was actually a company that insured martial arts studios...
