to whom should I rent in the off times?

I am in negotiations to lease my own studio space for the first time. Very excited to be able to set my own hours and all that, and most of my classes will be evenings and weekends. I'm wanting to try to find other instructors to rent the space for the early morning (before 9am), throughout the work day (between 10:30am and 5pm), and on some weekends. Any ideas? There's one yoga group already in this space (once a day, in the early evening), and also one daily "nia" class.
Ideas for finding renters and/or advertising that the studio is for rent?

This is not for dance but often retired ladies and gentlemen look for a spacious, safe and comfy place to rent in order to play cards. Believe it or not they often have trouble finding a Community Center or such that will allow such games. One or two hours per session and no mess. Sometimes more than once per week.

I heard of a group from a Senior Care Facility wanting to rent space during the week for Bingo. Strange but true. I think the state subsidized the Care Facility and would not allow any form of gambling on-site. Local and state laws vary so verify details in your area.

    Congratulations, Sabine!
    A rambling list...
Non-profit dance troupes are always looking for rehearsal spaces
Single artists needing dancing rehearsal space
Body workers who need space to set up their tables and take clients
Martial arts (tai chi, chi qong, kung fu, basically "soft" styles don't need mats and just need space)
You could also host a 'Raq the Camera' in it. ;0)
If there is a cultural or community center with a board you could post a flyer with photos of the space and contact/rate info (keep copies of this on hand at the studio for word of mouth pass along, etc.)...
    Craigstlist it...

Congratulations, Sabine, that is a sweet studio space. What about after-school dance classes for kids?
