Oh more Dreaded Resturant stuff
So if a teacher has a monopoly on the majority of the restaurants in an area and only charging them horridly low rates (like seriously $20 dollars), how do you prove to an owner that they are doing more harm for their business than good? It’s an ongoing issue that just makes it hard to do anything so would love to be able to give another dancer advise but not sure what to tell her. (she’s just now started to understand and get annoyed by the issues in the area surrounding that teacher)
WWBD?

Re: Oh more Dreaded Resturant stuff
I would offer to dance at the restraunt for the owner and show him/her the difference between a professional (you)dancer and the $20.00 dancers...
I would make it very clear to the owner that you will dance ONE TIME at a reduced rate, but that if the owner wants you back again it will be at your normal rate of $???.00
You can get your foot in the door and show the owner that there are higher quality dancers out there that are worth the extra $$.
AND get all of your friends to show up and spend money that first night! Show that YOU can pack that house!
BTW: I ordered my Sanshas - they only had them in black! -BYE!
