Thread: Searching for Belly Dance Hand-Outs

I teach belly dance fitness classes at a Curves here in Texas and next week they are having an open house day. The manager asked if I could come and set up a table with my information, my hip scarves, and stuff like that.

I thought it would be a good idea to have some hand-outs that contain facts and information about bellydance. I'm not sure that I have time to put this together myself - right now.

So, I was wondering if any of y'all already had something like this put together that you would let me use.

Something along the lines of: "Facts about belly dance", "Belly Dance History", "Benefits of Belly Dance", etc.

I have a "Health/Psychological Benefits of Belly Dance" handout that I put together for wellness events - I can email it to you as a word document if you PM me your email address. All I ask is that if you hand it out basically as is (as opposed to just something to get ideas from), to please retain my copyright information in the footer.

Shira also graciously allows people to hand out articles from her website, but you have to ask first and you must adhere to certain requirements regarding how they get printed/distributed. If you are interested in doing this, i would recommend emailing her to ask.
