Some very kind person posted a boilerplate contract form for party gigs, at some point in the last year or two, and I cannot find it. Does anyone have something like this that they feel comfortable sharing? If not, I understand.

Not to hijack, but ditto if anyone's willing to share w/me as well. I've a skeleton but trying to flesh it out & make it flow a little better than it does.
