    Unhappy Emails

I know that it's always a bad idea to approach a potential client via email, but what if that is the only information that they offer on their website?

I'm not talking about restaurants, but places such as conventions, fundraisers, and special events.

Should you ask for an address to send your promotional materials? Should you give your sales pitch over the email? Or should you do both?

Places like conventions, fundraisers, special events will hire you via email if you have a good 60 second clip and pic. Happens here all the time.
