Thread: New MySpace Ads

Myspace is still copying facebook! ,r:; They've just launched a new advertising service that looks a lot like Facebook Ads. I use Facebook ads for my day job and so far it's been great and affordable.

So here is the info from MySpace. If any of you have used it, please report back!

I think they copy from each other. God knows who started those apps first but they are infinite! Does Twitter have the same stuff as Myspace and Facebook?

MySpace is copying Facebook, Facebook is becoming more Twittacular by the minute, Twitter hasn't been monetized yet...either way, I'd be interested to see if anyone here has augmented their social media presence with paid ads and seen good results.

I tried using Myspace ads to attract new new students - but never seemed to get any hits. When I wrote MySpace asking why, I was informed that I needed to increase my bids/budget because ads that had bid a lot more were getting shown vs. mine.
Not having a large or ulimited budget - I decided not to bother with it anymore...
