    New website - pro photos!

For those of you who had to deal with my silly questions on my pro photos I had done...I promised a final product. So, I spent some time redoing my website yesterday - I'm pretty pleased and already I've had a lot of props from my students...

Very nice pictures. One small nitpick - maybe add a cabaret costumed picture to your "recent photos" area. Make it clearer that you perform both styles. All the photos there are tribal which might discourage someone looking for a cabaret-style dancer.

    very nice website.
I would suggest the following regarding the photos: I think you have too many of the same type of pictures, meaning you posted 17-18 pictures in the same costume, obviously at the same setting. (under recent photos). Some of these pictures are posted in color as well as in sepia. In my opinion, this is unnecessary. I like to post very few pictures from the same photoshoot / same costume, no more than 2. Or even from a performance, occassionally I post a few from 1 performance / same costume, but they have somewhat different looks (this is rare, though).

So in the recent pictures album, I would only put 1 picture with a sword, 1 with the fan, 1 on the floor and 1 sepia, this is if you don't have other pics.
Actually, on a second thought, I would only have 1 album for now, with no more than 6 pictures - with the 2 costumes you posted.
And I would second the suggestion to include pictures with cabaret costuming.

Overall I really like the look of the site and everything else, it looks very professional. Good job!

I agree with all of the above. Better to have 3 very different pictures (costumes and venue) than 18 very similar and two very different. Especially since your undecorated black stretch choili top, which figures largely on your website right now, makes you look like a student rather than a professional and that's a mistake, IMO. I see a beaded cabaret costume on the performance page, so I know you have one :)

Also, the pictures are loading slowly where I am and that will discourage folks from even looking at them. Any possibility of cropping them smaller and/or reducing the resolution on them?

You've been dancing 14 years. I suspect you have a few pix in the archives which can be doctored into suitability.
