October Bedouin Bazaar in San Diego is one of the best run festivals I have ever been to. I am teaching this year, Ya'all come!

Not sure what qualifies as a "larger" festival.

In Australia we have several festivals, I'm sure I don't know them all but here are some off the top of my head:

And the International Bellydance Conference of Canada hosted by Yasmina Ramzy in Toronto, an absolutely wonderful event held in April, I believe she will be having this every other year and the next one is scheduled for April 2010.

In the UK there is

MAJMA, JOY, Bellydance Congress, Ford Castle, Celebrating Dance, JWAAD Fantasia, and JWAAD Summer School. There is that one Cornwall/Devon way the name of which I've forgotten. The Midlands Arabic Dance Extravaganza. Umm.

There used to be a few festivals in North Scotland, but I don't think they ran this year. These were mainly Hilal and JWADD inspired.
