Thread: Group Liability Insurance

Any non-pro groups/troupes out there with group liability insurance?

No teachers, not a business, just a group of like-minded dancers trying to raise money as a fund-raising team. And annoyed this question wasn't asked of us from the event two months ago when the planning started...

Can a group of a people get group liability without being an officially recognized for or non-profit by the IRS? Or does every member have to carry her own liability insurance?
