    Rental Agreements

    For those of you with studios who rent them out to other teachers/performers, what kinds of agreements do you have those other teachers sign?

    I do a "usage agreement" (it is not considered sub leasing then:). Mine is very detailed with hours, days, closing windows, you name it! EVERYTHING in black and white! I send it to them, they have their input as well and we meet and sign.
    Best to cover all bases with these things.
