Thread: *Tweet* *Tweet* Anyone using Twitter for business?

But I was wondering how many of you use a twitter account for your business? I have been using Twitter for the Vegas Intensive more this year than ever, but I'm only just getting the hang of it (http://www.twitter.com/LVBDI). Anyone have any tips? What has your experience been?

right now i've got 1 twitter acct. but really should have another one just for my store/pro stuff. i've had wonderful success tweeting sneak peeks of merch, etc. stuff flies out of stock so fast it often doesn't make it to the webstore.

for twitter especially, i think tweets must go beyond "buy my stuff" "go to my event" cause the interwebs are so flooded with that stuff it often gets ignored. but you already know that. you have the most fabulous and visually interesting ads with the simulated slot machine :)

I do agree that Twitter/Facebook stuff can't be too dry. They are, afterall, social networking sites. The key phrase being social.

I can see where Twitter would be useful for the sneak peak of your merchandise. Nice!
