Lebanese Festival for Non-Profit Club - What Would You Charge?

I just got an inquiry for a local Lebanese festival. The event coordinator specified that this is a non-profit club and they have a small budget. Knowing this, I'm not quite sure what would be an appropriate rate.

    Penny for your thoughts? WWBD?

I recently asked about rates for nonprofits here: http://www.bhuz.com/forum/business-b...onprofits.html.
The consensus was pretty much to decide on a case by case basis but offering a slight discount (10-20% off) seems to be the norm. They have a small budget, but they still have a budget. I'd say offer them a discount that you feel comfortable with and see how they respond.

I know for some reason it's mostly not done, but you could simply ask what their budget is. That way you can decide if you can offer them a show within that range..
