Thread: best budget iphone app?

I'm looking for a good iphone budget app to keep track of my belly dance expenses when I'm on the go.

Anyone know a good one?

I personally like Free Personal Finance Software, Budget Software, Online Money Management and Budget Planner | Mint.com, and the Mint.Com App. It is a free website and free app on your iPhone.

It links to your bank accounts and credit cards so you always know how much you have and how much you owe. You can create categories for spending (such as "bellydance costumes") and income ("gig earnings"), as well as a budget for every other part of your life. it also sends you alerts (on the app and in your email) when you are approaching your budget limit or passing your budget limit in a budget category (such as "bellydance music purchases"). Plus, you can set goals for retirement savings/loan payment plans/etc, which is a very handy, and helps you visualize your budget and plan for things.

Most importantly, however, it is a very secure site; it is approved by my bank (the nation-wide Chase Bank) as a secure money monitoring website and iPhone app. I've never had a problem with them, and I check my app every morning to keep me on track with my spending and earning. :)

I have been using the notes app, but I am looking for something that calculates and can give me good up to date estimates.
