Thread: New Teachers list for New Zealand

The Attar Collective's most recent project is publishing information on belly dance teachers and study groups in New Zealand. The aim is to list all of the Belly Dance teachers in New Zealand regardless of their affiliations, style or politics or which does not require payment for membership or inclusion. However, there are extra features which do require a small payment.

Details are:

• A basic entry onto the Attar Collective New Zealand Belly Dance Teachers Register, that is: name and contact information (without a website link) is Free.
• For a small charge you can have additional information - such as a photo, a link to your website, class details and information about your background and training - listed against your entry. These small charges will be used to cover administration costs.
• We will include entries from any self determined Belly Dance Teacher - or study group - working in New Zealand regardless of their affiliations, memberships, style or politics. Inclusion on the register does not constitute endorsement by the Attar Collective.
• We will endeavour to keep the list as up-to-date as possible. Submitted entires and changes will be actioned within two weeks where ever possible.
• Entries onto the register will not be restricted to Teachers who submit themselves. We will accept submissions from other interested parties or alternative sources, provided the information can be verified as correct.

If you would like to be part of the New Zealand Belly Dance Teachers Register simply log onto www.nzbellydance.org.nz and click “Submit a Teacher”. The only fields that need to be filled in are those preceded with a hash – ie contact name, based in (ie area), email, listing type and style.

This is great - I'll need to get my details up there once I've sorted myself out a bit more... or should I put it on now even though I don't yet have a class established, do you think? Hm. I guess I *am* here is anybody was looking for dancers in Southland... *ponders*

Hey Outi! ..g.: *waves merrily* I've been on-and-off Bhuz for the last 2 years now, so I've been out of the loop too!

I moved to NZ in January 2009. I was originally only going to be here for a year, but... I'm still here! Poor Kashmir and Zum, they might never be rid of me! ..l;,

Some people will do anything to get away from the earthquakes. Hope you enjoy my home town - at least they have restaurants now.
