that's what I unofficially called my class last summer when the studio was 110 degrees! ;P

before Christmas, Ana, I believe, posted a thread in the Off topic section regarding a movement called Take back Yoga (she linked an article) which is along the lines of reinvesting it with the more spiritual side than it is practiced here in the West. There is definitely a correlation between Yoga and belly dance. The question is always what is the ultimate goal?

And nasila - I we really need to buy ZZ an air conditioner! ;-)
