Can anyone recommend good online resources or examples?

Now I've never actually needed a CV for any employment ever... but I have been picked up as a 'facilitator' for a workshop program run by a local government grants program (Yay!) and they want to put my CV on file. So I need to whip up a sharp and simple CV asap.

I don't want to waffle on and put Everything I've ever done but I don't want to miss an opportunity to promote one of my strengths that might get me picked up for a great project down the track.

I know I need my personal and contact details, relevant qualifications, and short listing projects I've worked on that would demonstrate my experience in the relevant areas.

Questions I have are how many projects do I list? I have at least a couple per year that would be impressive on a cv for this sort of thing but how far back should I go? I was thinking the last 5 most relevant projects? more?

And do I list hobbies? Do I need a picture?

Who's got a dance teacher CV with an emphasis on community dance programs?

Thanks guys
