Just wanting to see what the going rates are . . .

If you were asked to teach a workshop at a local studio . . . what would be a reasonable price . . . how much per hour / what percent / travel expenses, etc?

If you were asked to teach a private lesson . . . how much per hours / travel expense / who pays for the location if a studio space needs to be rented . . . and who is responsible for finding a place?

If you were asked to be a guest performer at a show, how much and how much for expenses?

If you were asked to be an instructor for a festival . . . how much / what percentage / travel and lodging expenses, etc???

This is going to be extremely dependent on geography. Going prices differ drastically.
