Thread: excellent business cards!

Not long ago I received my order from MOO | Custom Business Cards, MiniCards, Postcards and more... | moo.com USA , they create business cards if you have the images available..they are a bit more than vista and other companies but the cool thing is you can order ALL DIFFERENT KINDS of images in one order..I sent them a dozen images from my website and now when I offer someone a card it turns into a game of 'pick your favorite image'.

I did mine with a photo on front and all the website/contact info on the back, I will always use moo now

I've always been curious about the mini cards. I just worry about them becoming collector items for little girls when I leave my cards out at restaurants.

true, the mini cards will probably be swiped..

what's neat about the biz cards is if a dancer has different styles you can use various photos to appeal to various audienceds ie tribal, fusion, cab, etc

I do this when marketing to customers, I can profile them if they would be more interested in bellydance veils or silk sarongs (beach chicks) or goddess clothing and give them the card that will appeal to their interests the most

my dancer friend who is also a photographer just showed us her mini cards for her photography business that she said she ordered from there. they're so cute! very unique. I just worry about how small they are and the risk of being misplaced more than with usual business cards

I do something similar with the promotional postcards for the Intensive. I have cards for drummers, cards for the public, cards featuring a tribal dancer, cards featuring an Orientale dancer.

I like the mini-cards.

something like this would be nice.... an ocr business card reader for the camera... looks like most of the apps use remote servers to do any kind of ocr processing currently...
