Thread: troupe contract - i know this has come up before

i really should put some time and effort into writing some rules down. i had the unfortunate experience earlier this year of having to kick somebody out,

which was unpleasant for all

and i think the troupe would benefit from being clearer about our common goals, and some gound rules... on stuff like costume use, choreography use, etc etc


it probably would be good for me too. i hum and har too much now, causing confusion, which isnt good.


another reason is that i get monthly requests from girls outside my school wanting to join, and having sometype "contract" might help me deal with those requests better as well.

so, anyone care to share theirs?

i am talking a student troupe, with advanced level dancers, some of them almost professional dancers (dancing for years and also gigging and teaching independelty from my troupe), that mostly does community events, but also some international dance events and some paid corporate work.

i already have a contract for the pro troupe that i am happy with, but they rehearse totally differently, so i was looking for some more ideas
