Thread: Opinions sought / business card

This what I've come up with. My little brother photoshoped the pic and added false lashes, purple eyeshadow and color to my lips. I HATE make up but I think it makes a dancer look more professional. I think the lashes look strange now but they are pretty normal when the pic made smaller. I didn't like my lower half so I cut it out. Anyways I created it on Staples.com and they are going to ship it them me. Oh and I'm wearing that fab costume that I got from you!!! The pic was huge & took over your thread so I took it out and inserted a link.

Wow, that's nice. Really like the beads. And great eyeshadow/lashes!

I am with you on not loving make-up for every day use. I just don't like how it feels on my face and before I danced I didn't use more that a lipstick on sassy occasions or a little mascara and eyeshadow. I didn't own foundation until I was 27.

But when you dance and when you get photos taken it makes a world of difference. My peers and teacher have finally stopped beating me with the "nice, but you need more make-up." stick, and the needing more make-up has only a little to do with do with "being more pretty" and everything to do with presenting your face and expressions in a way that is easily read and felt.
