Thread: creating a slideshow and monthly or weekly spotlight of dancers, free advertising for you

A long time ago when I had just the akai silks website I did a monthly feature of a chosen dancer, I wrote a brief bio and included photos and his/her contact info, etc.

I'm going to start doing this again with my blog The Morning Bleat

If you are interested, I have two concurrent projects:

1) email me at akaisilksinfo@yahoo.com if you have photos of yourself with akai silks items, I would like to create a slideshow blog entry. Please include a photo that is minimum 1000 X 600 with your name, website or contact, and photog credit (please get their permission first and let them know the url to the blog so they can share as well)

2) To be featured dancer (not sure if I will do this weekly or monthly, as time permits) same thing, email akaisilksinfo@yahoo.com Please include a photo that is minimum 1000 X 600 with your name, website or contact, and photog credit (please get their permission first and let them know the url to the blog so they can share as well)

Include a short bio or anything you want the readers to know, or if you want me to copy and paste your bio just let me know with permission.

Please title the email SLIDESHOW or FEATURED DANCER so I can drop them in the correct folder.

I'm writing articles for Gilded Serpent, and a few other publications, and was recently published in the Japan bellydance magazine so the blog is getting a lot of activity :)

our own Shira will be the first featured dancer :)
