Are the inside cup measurements over padding?

The fringe beading- is it the sharp-edged beads, or beveled(rounded)?

Hi MelanieLA - there's no padding in the cups, so those measurements are the maxiumum. The beads on the loops are straight cut rather than bevelled...

Thanks! There's no shredding of the thread for the beads on the fringe? My experience w/the straight cut, sharp-edged beads is that they shred the thread they are beaded onto, so you lose all the fringe....

Hi MelanieLA - I haven't noticed any bead loss on the fringe since I received it, but it hasn't seen any dancing action with me. I don't know if there was bead loss when previous owners had it.
