My secret anti-ageing trick (that isn't much of a secret!) is a Cleo machine (
www.club-cleo.com). It's a bit pricey but it really does work. Electronic face lift that tones the underlying muscles - in a different way than most machines. It was developed by someone who was treating patients with Bells Palsy etc and got such good results they put it on the market for cosmetic use.
It is a complete chore sticking the stickers on your face each day, but once you get the habit it's OK. And it does work. Just don't answer the door with it on or you'll freak out the postman.
