It's Randa as an adult.
I saw that performance at Ahlan Wa Sahlan - 2003 or 2004(?). I'll have to check the date in my trip diaries. The girl is Aida Nour's relative, her niece, I think, and she was dancing on the table while Randa was dancing on the stage. Raqia, Mahmoud Reda, Mo Geddawy, Aida Nour, Freiz, Saroya, Dandash, and more were there, sitting at the front tables. Randa danced beautifully, as usual - lovely!
